1. 'Can't identify OS version' error message in Windows Vista.

Some users using Windows Vista may receive a "Can't identify OS version" error message when running this product.

To fix this issue, please follow steps 1 to 3 below:

1. Browse to the folder where you installed the courseware (usually C:\exp5000pfd).

2. Right click the "exp5000pfd.exe" file and select Properties.

3. In the Compatibility tab, select "Windows XP Service Pack 2".

You should now be able to start the program without any problems.
