Important: Before purchasing please make sure you have an intermediate to advanced understanding of PC’s and computer hardware. Flight1Tech cannot offer entry-level support at this time. If you have a problem that goes beyond the list below, please contact us. Before purchasing make sure you can:
1. Install software and exclude files and folders from potential interference from virus scanners.
2. Understand multi-monitor configurations, and understand how to use proper cable adapters (e.g. HDMI to VGA).
3. If using in a multi-pc environment, you understand how to connect and configure the PC’s on the network router.
4. Must be familiar with browsing folders, and working with files.
5. You must have a PDF viewer and be comfortable reading PC based documentation.
6. C:\Flight1 Aviation Technologies must be the default installation path for all our products and cannot be changed.
If you are not accustomed to the above, please contact us for turn-key hardware/software packages which come pre-configured with all hardware and software.
