1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
- Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT unless it is part of a multi-user license agreement between you, your entity and Flight1 Aviation Technologies. This product and End User License Agreement is non-transferable, and it may not be sold or transferred to any other party or entity without expressed, written permission by Flight1 Aviation Technologies and a license transfer fee.
