Important information about installing and configuring our products

 

Installing and configuring our consumer products requires an intermediate to advanced understanding of PCs and computer hardware.

You’ll need to view on-screen PDF-based documentation and work with files and folders (and with security products that may show false positives on files).

You may also need to configure multiple monitors, use cable adapters (e.g. HDMI to VGA), and configure multiple PCs via a network router (when using our products in a multi-PC environment).

 

We don't offer entry-level or unlimited support on new purchases, or as part of our service plans.

When you purchase a new product or support plan, you are limited to three support tickets within the plan period. You’ll get unlimited downloads of the product while that plan is active. Additional support incidents may be purchased.

 

We're a small company, and while we wish we could offer unimited assistance to every customer who needs it, it's just not possible. If you don’t have the level of technical knowledge described above, please make sure you have someone who can assist you.
