What is Flight1Tech's refund policy on consumer products?

Important: This article applies ONLY to Flight1Tech consumer products and not our enterprise simulators.

Flight1Tech allows returns and refunds on both hardware and software with the following conditions:

1) Refunds or returns will not be allowed on any product that is identified on the shopping cart product page as non-returnable.

2) Software purchases have a 14-day return policy (no exceptions). Any returned software may require validation and/or certification that the software has been removed from the purchaser's system.

3) Hardware has a multi-level return policy. You have 14 days to return the hardware under the following conditions:

a) Hardware that is brand new and unopened is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

b) Hardware that has been used is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

c) Any hardware returned damaged may be assessed a higher restocking fee, or may not be returnable.

d) It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any return shipping, including insurance for the value of the contents, as Flight1 Tech cannot be responsible for damages that occur in the return shipping process.
